Hello Trail Blazers
If you missed our Annual Meeting and Trail Ride you missed out on not only a delicious lunch but also a very informative presentation by Veterinary Equine Dentist, Bess Darrow. We had a lot of material to cover but everything went smoothly. A big thanks to Mary Ann for setting up the presentation and a real big thanks to her husband Richard who brought the lunch ready to eat and helped set up the table.
After the meeting was called to order I presented the members with the nominees for officers as follows:

- Mary Ann Lichtenberger, Vice President, Trail Boss
- Dorothy Montgomery, Vice President (2)
- Theresa Vanderpipe, Secretary
- Sandy Bernstein, Treasurer
- Julie Olson, Public Relations (Greenways)
There were no additional nominees and a motion was made to accept these nominees for the stated positions. The motion was seconded and all agreed.
I would like to thank all of our Trail Leaders, Iris Diaz, Flo Gordon, Mary Ann Lichtenberger, Bill Blomer, and Dick Stockmaster whom helped to make our trail rides a pleasure. (Hopefully, I did not forget anyone!)
Your membership renewal fees are due now. Please send your completed application and money to Sandy Bernstein, 4750 SW 51st Terrace, Ocala, FL 34474-9433. You may download an application from our website, SunCountryTrailBlazers.com, or contact our secretary Darlene at Sunblazers@gmail.com and request one be mailed to you. Please submit your dues ASAP .
Our next scheduled ride is April 18th (Sat) at Shangri-la, Riders up at 9:30am, Mary Ann will be our trail leader - 352 861-8336. A schedule for the next few months will be forth coming and presented as soon as it is available. Mary Ann will need a little time to plan the rides. I look forward to seeing you on the trails.
